We start by meeting with the people involved in the project to find out their objectives, needs and expectations of the work to be done. After listening to them, we provide recommendations for the success of the project and a second meeting is coordinated.
In our second meeting, we presented the conceptual design as well as the detailed budget of the project, we received feedback from the client regarding design and costs, and then proceeded to incorporate their comments and make the necessary financial adjustments. .
We do a second presentation with the client's built-in comments regarding the design and budget for approval. If what is presented is approved, we draw up a contract if the client wishes to build with us. Otherwise, the design plans are delivered and the client proceeds to cancel the services provided.
Once the design, the budget and the contract are signed, we go to the construction phase. Again the details of the work are confirmed and customer doubts are clarified. Our construction team begins the work as stipulated in the contract. .
The status of the work is constantly indicated and tours are coordinated according to the project processes. Once the works are finished, the project is delivered..
After the 90 days is up, our warranty tech will do a final walk through and hand you the reins to the project. We will always be available for questions or issues in the future if need be.
