DESIGN  

We start by meeting with the people involved in the project to find out their objectives, needs, and expectations of the work to be done. After listening to them, we provide recommendations for the success of the project and coordinate a second meeting.  

DESIGN PRESENTATION & BUDGET REVIEW  

In our second meeting, we present the conceptual design along with a detailed budget of the project. We receive feedback from the client regarding the design presentation and costs, and then proceed to incorporate their comments and make the necessary financial adjustments.  

DESIGN APPROVAL  

We conduct a second presentation with the client's incorporated comments regarding the design and budget for approval. If what is presented is approved, we draw up a contract if the client wishes to build with us. Otherwise, the design plans are delivered, and the client proceeds to cancel the services provided.  

BUILD PHASE  

Once the design, budget, and contract are signed, we move into the construction phase. Again, we confirm the details of the work and clarify any customer doubts. Our construction team begins the work as stipulated in the contract.  

FINAL WALK THROUGH  

The status of the work is consistently indicated and tours are coordinated according to the project processes. Once the works are finished, the project is delivered.  

STEP 6: 90 DAY REVIEW  

After the 90 days are up, our warranty tech will do a final walk through and hand you the reins to the project. We will always be available for questions or issues in the future if need be.
